Brian has strong understanding of IT processes and technology solutions. He has been involved in many mergers and acquisitions where he developed excellent skills merging multiple companies, performing due-diligence activities and integrating systems and people into worldwide technology organizations.

Brian is an innovative senior level executive who has earned the respect of his employees and peers. Brian's education includes a BS in Computer Science, an MBA, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management (PMI).
