Sean P. Davoren, President and Chief Executive Officer

Sean has spent more than 20 years in progressively responsible leadership roles within WIS. In his current position as CEO, he is fortunate to lead a team of fourteen incredible Senior Managers with an average WIS tenure of sixteen years. Sean and his team have built a company culture based on data integrity, hard work, a keen customer solutions focus, being an employer of choice and a pay for performance reward system. This culture has made WIS very successful and well positioned for the future.

Whether it was leading his counting team as a front-line Inventory Manager, or leading his Executive team of Senior Managers, Sean has stayed true to his belief of taking care of employees and listening carefully to customers as a sure formula for success.

Sean is a driven individual who understands that everything his team does must enhance the WIS value proposition to its customers. Sean runs an operationally driven company with a flat organizational structure designed to stay connected and in touch. His team thrives on the autonomy and authority to take action to serve the customer.

Sean has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) since 2002 and has become a better leader through this life education and idea exchange forum organization.

Sean was born in Coventry in England and immigrated to Canada in 1979, at the age of 16.

Sean currently resides just west of Toronto with his wife Bonnie and their four children. Sean enjoys playing squash and golf and remains a keen soccer and hockey fan.
