Todd Henry, Vice President Strategic Initiatives

As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Todd applies vision and innovation, and is responsible for spearheading change for WIS International.

Drawing on 15 years experience in the industry (including 10 years as a VP of Operations), Todd understands the definition of success for the organization; having risen to the top of most of the company's measurable categories. As a past winner of both the company's President's Award and Top Salesperson Award, he brings unique expertise that crosses several disciplines in his role.

Todd is known for his personal attention to employees and customer service. His work teams him closely with others, both inside and outside the organization, allowing him to bring the future into focus for WIS International by driving lean initiatives, improved corporate communications and pointed taskforce development.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor, has concluded the Executive Development Program from University of British Columbia as well as other specialty studies in Lean, Customer Service, Negotiations and Workplace Safety.

Todd currently lives outside of Toronto with his wife and 3 children.
